Silver Stud Earrings: Carnelian

About the product

Our contemporary stud earrings are designed and handmade in our UK workshop. Each earring of this Barrow design is made from a handcarved oval cabochon set into a classic bezel setting, the bezel, pin and butterfly back made from 925 sterling silver.  The oval cufflink face measures 12mm x 8mm.

About the stone

Carnelian is a semi translucent orange gemstone which has been much prized by jewellery makers since antiquity. A form of Chalcedony it is known to have been highly prized and used as beads by Early Neolithic peoples. We hand select our Carnelian for its rich orange colour, which is associated with creativity and joy. We love how well it pairs with so many colours and tones.

Earrings are shipped in a box, with an elegant gift envelope and gift card enclosed.
